Focus, respect, self esteem, confidence and fitness are just a few of the things that will improve over time while training with Team K2 Karate. Our style includes American Style Taekwondo, Sport Karate and Jiu Jitsu. Classes are divided by age, size and belt level, this benefits the student so everyone receives the attention to small details and understands what they are learning in class.

How do I get started? Make an appointment for a 100% free studio tour. We will find the right class for you or your child, you will meet the owner, go over class days, times and take a walk around the studio during a non class time to make sure you feel right at home. How long does take to earn a Black Belt?

Putting my kids in K2 was the best thing I've ever done for them. I can see the discipline in the dojo to my home. Coach Johnson does not play favorites and does a great job in making your kids better people and also teaches them to defend them selves with Karate.

I joined K2 Karate several years ago and at first it was just to have a place to exercise, but as I continued to train I began to realize that I was getting much more than just a work out. Being in martial arts has not only helped me get in to better shape, but in my professional life as well to gain confidence, leadership skills, and the ability to accomplish the goals I set. I have since got my black belt, but continue to work out with the adult class because I still enjoy the training, focus, and discipline.

Mr. Johnson is a great instructor; he's really dedicated to what he does and
