The H. C. Olsen Construction Company has performed general contracting services in a variety of settings since 1946. While its mainstay has always been telecommunications work for the major telecom providers, Olsen Construction has continued to grow over the years and has expanded its base to include major higher education and commercial clients in Southern California.
Olsen Construction presently specializes in projects involving: 1) new construction; 2) alterations to existing buildings, building systems, and interior spaces; and 3) major hardscape/landscape improvements. Olsen has also been involved from the earliest days with wireless telecommunications, and has a group solely dedicated to the installation and upgrading of cellular antennas and sites.

We perform work in occupied spaces over and around highly sensitive equipment in continuous operation with a minimum of disruption and no unplanned interruption to service. We perform work at major universities in Southern California both when class is in-session and during breaks.
Our work includes performing new construction, renovations, structural upgrades, and tenant improvements to existing classrooms, auditoriums, labs, office spaces, and parking structures.We perform hardscape/landscape improvements in and along public streets and also in pedestrian walkway areas. We perform work at individual cell sites and on existing building rooftops, towers, and signs.
