Great Customer Service and Accessible!!! Unfortunately, our house was damaged by the Derecho in 2020. From my experience, owner Josh Bass of Pro Exteriors is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly accessible!!! How many people can claim they get prompt responses from their contractors? I appreciated the fact I was working directly with the owner and not an employee who might not be invested. There were some "hiccups" along the way but he went way above and beyond to set things right, and never ignoring me in the process. He was also very diligent in getting proof together for

I have been working with Pro Exterior Construction since last October and they are a fabulous company to work with. They go the extra mile when working with difficult insurance companies and ensure that the customer is receiving a fair and honest deal. Staff are skilled, polite and perform great work. If it wasn't for this contractor, I would have never got the right repairs done.
