August, 2021- This hospital will be highly recommended by my family. Especially the nursing staff! Those girls went above and beyond in my opinion. My father (83 years with heart problems and diabetes) has been extremely well cared for by knowledgeable, friendly, caring people that I have the utmost respect for. They do the dirtiest of jobs and say, "That's what we are here for, it's OK." They treated us visitors as real people with concerns and answered all my many questions with open, honest answers. The heart hospital doesn't even have staff this good and I formerly thought they were the best

The receptionist was unbelievably rude and it completely disgusted me that she would be so rude over the phone.
I simply asked a few basic questions to confirm they have the equipment to properly treat me. And the receptionist got extremely angry and told me that she "can't give any diagnoses"... Even though all i was asking was if they have an x-ray machine....
Disgusting behavior. I'm willing to take the risk during an emergency and drive double the distance to a hospital that has staff that aren't going to be horrible and disrespectful.

I received excellent and quality care here. From the registration in the ED to all of the great nurses and doctors who were a part of my care team, all were exceptional. Thanks.

Some er are doctors are good. Dr. Cranford is awesome. Other ones seem not to care. I have visited many times. All they want are ct scans for everything. Its crazy.

We drive 75 miles one way to see Dr. George Russell once a month. And he is well worth the drive. I do not want anyone else to treat my husbands COPD. He is able to keep my husband from being in the hospital. He is very aggressive with treatment. And bed side manners are the best around.

After waiting nearly all day, and not even getting a bed, though there was just 2 other people there, I finally was seen. By 3 doctors, none of which could actually give any answers. Had xrays, but didnt hear anything about them after taking them. This place is weird, inefficient, and the only person who seemed to care about people was the lady at the desk. Would not recommend if you actually need help.

Worst we experience ever. 2 hours into the visit the dr told us she had googled my grandsons symptoms, all the while the nurses are in the desk area gossiping about patients, locals, and law enforcement. When I told them to go ahead & check us out the dr finally made a nurse come in and watch her examine my grandson. When i told them they were terribly unprofessional for gossiping the nurse replied "we are not, one of them was a patient that just left"

This is a nice little hospital. My mother passed away here in comfort. I was a wreck. After she passed Dr.Lynn gave me a ride home. Walking in is hard to get in but, they opened a urgent care down the road. They can take care of things small and quickly. I come here when it's more than just urgent. They are friendly and wonderful people at AMH and if you need the services they will take care of you.

Great staff, but wait time is ridiculous when you have one doctor running the clinic and treating emr patients. Have been forgotten a few times, including this last time, when my oldest smashed the tip of his finger off. Doctor and nurses said they forgot we were even in there. Waited over 3 hours for treatment.

I have been to the clinic two times once with my daughter and once with my mother it says walk ins welcome but they could not see us. Had to go to emergency room. My daughter was having chest pains. And my mother was having dizziness. How is it a walk in clinic . If they won't see you and there was no one waiting in the waiting room.
