RIP OFF! I called for a jump. The man that answered the phone said 10 minutes they are 5 blocks from my apartment. 45 minutes later they showed up. The service guy complained about the way he had to jump my car. Five minute job and he charged me $80.00! I received a jump last year and called a tow truck from Queens and they only charged me $50.00. Ask prices before you commit with this company.

NYC Towing Company saved the day for us. I was with my 2 little kids
when the car broke down. They immediately sent a wonderful fellow. Not
only did he arrive before the estimated time, his kindness and attitude
put all 3 of us at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car
and gave us a ride home with all of our stuff before towing the car to
the auto shop. Unbelievable service!
