I find it difficult to give a positive review considering I made an appointment specifically stating the problem beforehand, then upon arriving I was told to wait almost half an hour before I was told they were just going to refer me to somewhere else entirely. I would understand if I had walked in and gave them no prior warning on my retainer, but knowing what I needed done, I don't understand making me schedule an appointment with them to not even have them look at my teeth. They were aware my retainer had broken and said they could help only to effectively say, go somewhere else. The only positive

Excellent I've been scared to get this tooth pulled for a long time cause of the bad experience in my past. I'm definitely going back at this point to get the rest fixed because they are amazing. I was so scared and my blood pressure was up a bit but they helped me and took care of me. I owe them so much more than the compensation they asked. Thank you so much!

This was my first visit here. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and cared for! The doctor clearly cared about my well-being and didn’t try to push unnecessary services on me that I didn’t need. In fact, she was even hopeful that the problem would fix itself with a little help from a product she gave me! I plan on staying here!

Omg I have a long story about them so bare with me. It's worth the read before you go there. I promise. Overheard the receptionist say the dentist was going on vacation in the afternoon after my appointment. Hygienist was super nice and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Dentist was a POS. Came in to tell me I needed a wisdom tooth pulled which I was there for pain and knew that anyways. Told me there are no oral surgeons there and was referring me. I went there specifically for it to be pulled so imagine how confused and angry I was. What he meant was I needed a specialist because

I have been going to willow knolls dental for five years now. Within the five years that I have been going there we have had five different dentists. Many of them are new graduates trying to pay off their student loans so they will try to convince you that you have something wrong with your teeth so that that they can gain their skills and bank in the insurances from the reimbursements. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dr. Welty was the worst! He convinced me that I had 2 cavities and drilled into my teeth even though I brush and floss my teeth 3 times a day. If you go there I would be guarded and ask them everything

Made an appointment for my 5 year old's Kindergarten exam 3 weeks in advance. When we got there they said they didn't have anything under our name. When I called they took all my information including insurance info. I was so disappointed because I took the day off work to do it. Taking the reservation is the easy part, if they can't get that right I wouldn't want them touching my teeth.
