I used this company to try a d fix my furnace they came and assessed the issue and said they would contact me with an estimate i contacted them multiple times and never recieved an estimate im very disappointed in the service i recieved

Michiana Heating and Air Conditioning went above and beyond. I was having problems with my hot water heater and Michiana came out SAME DAY to look at the problem. Most companies were weeks out, and quoting over $2000. Michiana was able to fix the problem same day for less than $200. I'll never call anyone else. Michiana's professionalism is second to none.

This week our furnace quit working in the middle of Monday night, because of my husbands Alzheimer’s disease I was in quite a tizzy as to what to do. After trying other yellow page listed places I called Michiana in Dowagiac, they responded by sending a gentleman name of David to see what he could do. Unfortunately he could only do a patch job, which he explained could not last. He was very kind and explained everything to my understanding and went over my limited options. Cannot say enough about this INCREDIBLE company!!! We had a small gas leak in our furnace that is almost 20 years old and not in a financial position to upgrade. Called Michiana and they were amazing! Steve went above and beyond to travel to another location to help find the part that we needed to fix it.
They were out the very next morning, replaced the part and no more leak.

Michiana Heating & Air Conditioning has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. From the initial phone call to appointment to billing, customers know what to expect every step of the way because of clear, open communication. I am by no means an HVAC expert, and their technicians take time to explain what they are fixing, how they are fixing it and what your options are. I'm SO impressed.
