Eugene Caspers worked for a general contractor in Lincoln, Nebraska, from 1961-1974. He was the superintendent for many school projects (York High School, the bell tower at Doane College, and others) before founding Caspers Construction in 1974 with his wife Elsie. Since that time, project complexity has grown along with the company.

Caspers Construction (through its partner D-K Contracting) was one of the first construction companies in the state of Nebraska to specialize in highway pavement repair with ownership of three heavy wheel saws. With wheels that are 8 ft in diameter holding six inch teeth with a four inch cutting width, we can safely and quickly cut concrete and asphalt.
