I had a specially made necklace that had been run over and flattened. Reed & Sons said they would do their “best” to try to fix it close to it’s original state. I didn’t hold out much hope because of the damage. It surpassed my greatest expectations. It is PERFECT. No one can put a price on the sentimental value this necklace has. One of the diamonds on my wedding ring fell out, and this ring was purchased online, but I came here to get it fixed and they fixed it within a few days and for a very reasonable price. And they polished it up for me as well, amazing service!!

I have purchased several necklaces and bracelets from Reed & Son's. They are family owned and operated and it shows. Service is the best. Product quality is A-Plus! And they are very reasonably priced.

Wow what a wonderful family owned business! They treat you like family the minute you walk in! I got a custom ring that matches my wedding set and I couldn't be happier! They did such a good job I can't even tell the original ring from the new one! Absolutely amazing!
They even cleaned and checked the prongs on my other rings and necklace! I won't be going anywhere else from now on!!!

I'm very angry. I got my engagement ring resized here and it broke in the exact spot that they resized it. If it was done properly or if they knew what they were doing this wouldn't have happened. Scam artists. NO ONE GO HERE!!!!

Went in today to get some links removed from my new watch. Only costs $10 and the man even said I can come back if it's not the right fit and they fix it for free since I was already there. Definitely recommend

They made a 4 prong setting for me and added tips to prong on a different ring. They stand by their work and great quality. Great people to do business with

Great experience! My plan was to shop the area's jewelers, Reed & Sons was only my second stop and became my last stop! Kathy not only answered my questions, but gave me the information I didn't know I needed and I was able to build the ring that day. They were able to take the stress out of finding the perfect ring!

I am so very pleased with the workmanship and customer service offered by Reed & Sons Jewelers. In October, 36 hours prior to a scheduled flight, I required repair on my wedding ring (anticipated to be impossible). When they were made aware of my plight, they made sure to repair my ring within 24 hours so that I would not have to travel without it. Quality repair without costing an arm and leg. I will definitely return with additional business and was so pleased to find a quality jeweler so far away from my home in Colorado.

The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous and the pay attention to detail. I especially like that they do their own work at their store. They also are very timely on their work and get your jewelry back to you very soon.

We purchased my husbands wedding ring at Reed & Sons and love it. Although my ring wasn't purchased there, which I wish we had, they set the diamond for us. They also ordered a couple of stones for us to try in another setting and we were very pleased with the results.
