My name is Dr. Mark Palmer and I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and my family. My wife Jaelynne and I have been married for 12 years and are the parents of three boys: Kase (12) and Brady (9) and Maxen (6) and a girl, Jaedyn (2.) I was born and raised in the Gila Valley and I am thrilled to be back home among family and friends to practice dentistry and raise our family.
My name is Dr. Mark Johnson and I'd like to introduce myself. I grew up in Manti, Utah, but am no stranger to the Gila Valley. While attending Snow College, I met and married Willcox native, Mary Bushman, and we moved to Thatcher in 2013 after graduating from dental school. Prior to college, I spent two years on a church mission in Brazil, where I developed a love for carne asada, volleyball, and acai.
I was raised on a farm and ranch outside of Willcox. I grew up riding horses and driving tractors. I actively competed in barrel racing throughout my childhood, until I moved away for college. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in physiology. I then went on to get my Master of Science degree in physiology with an emphasis in endocrinology.
Dr. Eric Mack is a native of the Gila Valley, growing up in Thatcher and graduating from Thatcher High School. Dr. Mack currently resides in Denver, CO but visits our office once a month to remove wisdom teeth under sedation. Dr. Eric Mack received his DDS degree from University of Texas, Houston in 2004.

I expressed that I have sensitive teeth during cleanings at the beginning of my appointment, and my hygienist did such a wonderful job of being thorough but gentle. The dentist and hygienist I saw did not guilt trip or shame me about the problems that were found with my teeth, which is huge for me since most of my issues come by way of genetics. I left feeling comfortable and supported instead of defeated and ashamed. I would highly recommend this dental office, especially to those who have had bad dental experiences in the past!

I was so VERY pleased with this visit! I can’t say enough good things. The dentist and assistant were AMAZING. They were so kind and careful and made my 4 year old and I feel comfortable and reassured. They were quick and answered my questions honestly. I will be using this dentistry for a long time!

I will have to say this is probably the best dental experience I've ever had. From the moment you step in to the moment you leave ...they make you feel comfortable and everybody there understands what great customer service is.
I actually live out of town but had an emergency that I needed taken care of.
They got me in quick.. took care of it and my teeth look amazing.

The word which comes to mind when you experience dental work at Palmer and Johnson is "competence". These young dentists studied their craft and know the correct care plan or care plans. They also are humble enough when they are considering the exact approach to take to share their thoughts with you. Good transparency. Finally, they also speak Spanish! Helpful, If your wife or sister is from Mexico, of course.
