Calming Connections

My current fee for a 50-60 minute session is $100. Shorter sessions are prorated based upon this amount. I am currently a provider for Community Care, Preferred Community Care, HealthChoice, Health Smart and United Behavioral Health. If you have a different insurance carrier, they may consider me an out-of-network provider and therefore only pay a portion, if any, of the fees.
