This was not an easy company to work with. We required 3 sets of transportation from this company. I had to email several times in advance to confirm they were even coming. Our first two trips the drivers showed up on time, but our second driver was very unfriendly. We had to cancel our third trip with them, but apparently they "didn't get" the cancellation so he showed up anyway and we got charged. I had to call/email several times to get a refund for this trip, which they would not give me for transportation I didn't use. Overall disorganized and unprofessional. Will definitely

All we needed was transportation for our wedding party from Scottish Rite Cathedral to Crowne Plaza; finding a limo company that would do this short trip for a reasonable price was impossible without booking for multiple hours. Booking with them was quick and efficient, and they were quite affordable compared to all of the other local companies, many of whom wouldn't even entertain a one-trip booking. We would definitely use Royal Limo again, and would recommend them to anyone who needs wedding limo service.

Use this service only if you don't really need to be anywhere. We booked to and from airport a full month in advance, even sending confirming email. We arrived only to find no limo. I called to complain and they said they didn't have the reservation. They checked their email and found my confirming so they apologized and offered a free ride back to the airport. Sounded like a good resolution to a mistake, but then got text from the driver 15 minutes before scheduled pickup. Said his car would not start. REALLY! These guys are as bad as it gets. Much better to cab it. Even a covered
