White Heating and Cooling is one company to avoid at all cost. Nothing is worth dealing with such an unprofessional "business man" as Mr. White. He was contracted through the Community Action Agency to do work for people, including people with limited incomes. One of those jobs happened to be to install a new boiler system for my mom. At first he was nice as could be even openly bragging to us about how beautiful his work was over and over again. But within weeks there were problems. Although the building inspector knew it was not installed properly or per manufacturer instructions it was not deemed
