They came the next day. They arrived on time. Bought through Groupon 2 hours for $75. They charged another $75 for transportation to and from my home in their personal vehicle, (this was just unloading a small pod). They charged $45 to assemble a bed and said they needed more to assemble legs on a table. No thanks! At the moment, I was like move those boxes and leave! They were polite, but lazy, and greedy. The move took 55 minutes, in total. They recieved $195. I will never use them again.

I have been using Jacksonville Elite Movers for many years. What a great company !! the whole staff are so professional and helpful. Scam movers. Contracts the work. Inexperienced 2 hours late and broke a $2000 dresser and then claim

I'd give this place a negative star if possible. We hired Jax Elite Movers via Groupon and requested a Sunday move. Over the phone they were accommodating and told us they would be there between 2-4 on Sunday for the move. They immediately redeemed the Groupon so we were under the impression we were good to go. On the Sunday of the move they were a no show. We called repeatedly and left numerous messages during that day. No response. We were force to scramble and hire another company. I have just had a move with Adrian yesterday on 10/21/17 and all I can say is Thank you Adrian for a wonderful moving job. Adrian was organized, professional and so polite. Everything went perfect from the day we scheduling the move to the completion that ended up with a Big Thank you & a Hug to him. I would recommend him to anybody that needs any type of move big or small he was the Best👍👏

I paid $90 for a Living Social deal for two hours of moving with two guys and a truck. When I set up my appointment, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $139. Not only that, but I was given a window from 1-3pm and the movers arrived at 4:20. I wasted a large chunk of my moving time waiting around for the guys when I could have been running boxes over or unpacking. The only reason I have them two stars was because the guys did an excellent job once they finally arrived.
I am very disappointed in the excessive additional charges. These should be listed on the voucher at the time

Worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. Do not use this company they will rip you off! I regret calling this company.
They showed up in a UHaul truck that was too small and the driver did not have his license so I had to drive the truck on base.
I paid $200 in advance to get my 3 bedroom house for a local move. I was reassured by the owner that everything in my house would be moved in 2 hours but no more than 4 hours max. 8 hours later half of my house is still at the old house and the bill is $400+! They offered to make multiple trips and charge more $$$, I said no way. I had

Beware of this fraudulent company!!! They told me that I had to pay 302.10 in addition to the 99 I paid on living social. This company marked my voucher redeemed then I asked them if I could have 3 movers they of course. When I confirmed the move date and had to pay for the additional mover they got into my card account charging my account another 800 total the day of the move and didn't show up. I reported it to my card company and the BBB and even got a no. From an employee of this company and reported her as well. They have several locations so beware of the name.

I would not recommend these guys. I purchased through Groupon 2 hours for $90.00. I tried to book the move online and called later to confirm the time and was told it was not booked because I had not paid. Well good thing I called to confirm since there was no indication I needed to pay up front. Anyway, I went back and forth to get it booked. On the day of the move they showed up 3 hours late. Do NOT use this company. I found them on Groupon. First red flag should have been that I had to prepay. I should have known better. I was scheduled to move between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. They called the day before to confirm. My move date comes and no one shows up. at 9:15, I call them and the idiot on the phone says they are running a little behind. They were four hours away!
