He has a wealth of experience in complex commercial transactions and also offers clients a successful track record in obtaining zoning and planning approvals, including SEQRA approvals, in the Saratoga region.
Since graduating as the Valedictorian of Albany Law School's Class of 2011, Bruce Steves has focused his practice on representing both established and fledgling businesses in all areas of real estate and commercial law.

Since being admitted to the bar in 2013, Mr. Grassi has successfully represented his clients in the areas of land use/development, real estate, and estate planning and administration. He is particularly experienced with land use board approvals, having represented various Town/City Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Appeals in Saratoga, Warren, Essex and Herkimer Counties.
