As far as living conditions, I very much enjoyed my time and felt comfortable at Redhawk Commons. However upon receiving my deposit back was alarmed to see the expenses I was charged with when it came to appliance cleaning and a torn screen (on the outside). My mother and I spent a whole weekend cleaning every appliance spotless so it came as a surprise to see this among the charges. I had also called very early in the semester about the tear in my screen window on a day they were closed and was told by someone on the phone that the message would be given to someone there. Place I stayed in was basically a cardboard box. I don't know about other places they rent out but the quality of the structure pretty terrible. Complained about noise but nothing done. Also left couple months early cause of this. When moving out they try to charge me staying there to long fee when i was just cleaning and waiting for the guy to go through the apartment and go through the checklist. They basically taking my deposit over an apartment that was a little dirty and being in there cleaning on the day we did the checklist. Pretty messed up

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Executive Property Management, the team and the owners. I rented from them for over eight years. Anytime I had a question, they happily answered them. Anytime I had an issue, which was rare, they were on top of it and had it fixed that same day. They certainly stay on top of their properties and maintain them; they keep them in tip-top shape. Executive Property Management is the #1 real estate company in Cape County BY FAR ! My mother and I just recently moved out of one of their properties that we rented from 2017-2021 and when we moved out I forgot about a special piece of furniture my grandfather had built for me, and new tenants had taken occupancy by the time I realized it & I called EPM about it and a few days later I had a message saying one of the property managers had gone over to the house to look for the table & made sure my mom and I were able to retrieve it. That made my whole day! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I've rented at two different places through EPM at Rock Creek and Redhawk Commons during my time as an athlete at SEMO. I LOVED every apartment I was in. The maintenance was super responsive and staff was always friendly towards my roommates and I. Just great quality people that made living away from home that much easier!

We rented a lovely duplex through Executive Property Management and found the people there wonderful to deal with. We found every one of the staff extraordinarily kind and helpful. Every issue (and there were only a very few) was handled in a timely and efficient manner with professional help doing the work and for that we were grateful. We only moved because we decided to purchase a townhouse of our own - had we kept renting we would have stayed indefinitely!

We are in our second year with EMP. The first year was fine and we had no issues. However, I will never be renting from this company again and have warned all my friends to do the same. We have had multiple occasions that they have been very unprofessional or just simply had no regard for us at all. For instance, one of my best friends was diagnosed with a chronic illness and asked if I could take her dog since she could no longer care for him properly. We already had one dog so I honestly was not expecting a yes from EMP, but I thought what harm can come from asking. So I called the office and

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Even if you're desperate for a place to stay, it's not worth the headache of dealing with them. I have never had such unflexible, unpredictable, unprofessional landlords in my six years staying in Cape Girardeau. They add unpredictable charges to your account, forcing you to visit their office and haggle with them. Moreover, I had two cats from the beginning of my lease, and they charged me $30/mo total for both. Out of no where, I receive a text that they decided to raise the pet fee to $60. Totally unpredictable. Breaks contract. But what can I do?
