Took my Equinox in to have flat fix on back right tire. This was Thursday June 24th about noon.. They found the nail, filled tire up and made sure air pressure gages were on correct tires. BUT did not patch up tire and didn't even mark where the leak was. Had to go to Asher tire shop the next day to have it fixed. Don't plan to return to Fred's.
ETA after response from Fred's: I'm NOT returning my business to Fred's. I've found out that I'm NOT the only one mistakes like this has happened to. I will not risk this happening again.

Been a loyal customer for the last 4 yrs . Never needed to make a appointment, staff always answered my questions straight forward and honest. I'm guessing this week was just a bad week or complacencies set in. Scheduled a appointment to the Shawnee Fred's on Harrison for a brake change 4 days prior via the websites appointment portal . Arrived was told the brake guy was off . No big deal , A little miffed that that didn't call me . Scheduled a time for the next day at the service desk for 9am the next day .and online . Showed up the

I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. I called Fred's on Friday because my regular mechanic is closed for the holiday. I was advised if I were to bring my car in first thing on Monday, the schedule was wide open and my car would be seen first thing. I brought my car in before opening today (Monday) and was told again by a clerk who accepted my key, the mechanic would look at my car upon arrival. I had to secure a ride to work 50 miles from where I live in order to leave my car to be serviced as I have no other mode of transportation. When the morning passed
