I recently used AAA Remodeling to remodel my kitchen, wet-bar, laundry room, and powder bathroom.
I replaced all cabinets and countertops, flooring, reconfigured the island to move the stove on the island to the wall, added a hood, waterfall island on both sides with USB outlets throughout the kitchen, reconfigured lighting for the kitchen and family room, added lighting underneath cabinets for kitchen and wet bar created a coffee bar, replaced all cabinets and flooring in the bathroom and laundry room.

Kevin and his team at AAA are honest, easy to work with, great with communication, fair priced and do excellent work. They removed our carpet upstairs and put in laminate flooring and it came out beautiful. Kevin is a true professional and great at what he does. It is clear he is seasoned in his field. We will now be going to Kevin for all our future home upgrades. Thank you AAA!

WE HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AAA!! KEVIN WAS AN ABSENT PROJECT MANAGER FROM THE BEGINNING!! IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING HE SHOWED NO SHAME TO IT EITHER. HE EXPECTED US TO BE THE DESIGNER AND MANAGE HIS CREW TO ENSURE THEY WERE FOLLOWING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. RIGHT AWAY HIS CREW FAILED TO SET UP PLASTIC TARPS SO DUST AND DEBRIS DIDN'T GET TO THE REST OF THE HOUSE. AFTER A COUPLE DAYS (A COUPLE DAYS!!) OF COMPLAINING THEY FINALLY LISTENED AND SET THE PLASTIC UP. DID KEVIN STOP BY AT ALL?? NO!! THE COMMUNICATION WAS SAD. HE BROUGHT IN A NEW WINDOW THAT WAS DAMAGED AND REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. COSMETICALLY

AAA Remodeling, is truly what home remodeling nightmares are all about!
Mine began the day, the owner, Kevin Nikjou, stood in my kitchen, beating his fist on my countertop, while screaming at me, that there was nothing wrong with my kitchen and that I was just being too picky.
Even after, I told him my refrigerator didn't fit under the new cabinet (it had been left in the middle of my kitchen) he became furious, and screamed, I was being disrespectful, and just ungrateful for everything he had done for me!
Ungrateful?... I paid you $18,000 to do a job!
After 18 month's, he still refuses to repair

AAA Remodellling finished installing bamboo flooring throughout our townhouse last Friday and it looks fantastic. From initial estimate to completion, Kevin did a very professional job. He is very accommodating and personable. The project was completed on time as promised. His price was very competitive. He matched my lowest bid ( I always obtain at least 3 bids on each project I undertake).
The crew moved all furnitures on one side of each room to demo and install and then moved it to the other side to finish each section. They clean after themselves and very careful with the furnitures. The

Kevin was very attentive to the work as it was being done and personally checked progress daily as the work was being done. His work crews were very professional paying particular attention to cleanliness, detail and customer satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the products and services they provided. The second time, I had them come in to do a full kitchen remodel and interior paint for my 2 bedroom condo in Huntington Beach, CA.
Both jobs went extremely well. Kevin is great with design ideas. His wife Sahara is great with scheduling

I've used Kevin for four jobs- two residential and two businesses over the years. What I like is that I can go to him to manage multiple projects within one job instead of having to use different contractors. This last job we did demo, electrical, tile, paint, wall construction, shelving, bathroom, etc. He managed all the contractors and showed up at the job all the time to check on the work. The job was finished quickly, quality was good and the price was reasonable. I would recommend AAA.
