I purchased a 2020 BMW. I was very hesitant to buy a car without seeing and driving it first. How would I return it if I didn't like it? What if it was misrepresented? None of that was an issue. I bought a car here few weeks ago. Nice and clean car inside and out. Everything here was nice as it should be. They sell a lot of fancy cars. Only thing that I can grip about is the nuts the used for the plate. They picked out the most rusted ones they had in there pockets. Needless to say, it’s not coming off and now I have to find a way to remove it from scratching the car up even more.

Fishers imports. I was really interested in the 2017 lexus is300 they had. I spoke to the sales manager Adam Sirca through email. When I came to see the car he was busy with another customer so another salesman helped me. I noticed on the carfax that some tires had been replaced and the brakes were replaced at pep boys. I asked the salesman about… it and he said it didn't have after market brakes. When I got in the car the navigation didn't work. On the test drive you could feel a vibration in the whole car when going 40mph. I could see through the wheels that the front rotors were rusted

My daughter has had nothing but problems with this company. She purchased an extra warranty which she is still trying to get the paperwork... meanwhile, having issues with the car and getting the run around from Lauren. We have wasted so much time trying to deal with this company. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I bought a 2013 Mercedes ML350 for my mother. I live out in ST.LOUIS MO. I paid the car $14,000 CASH with my hard earned money. My salesman was ADAM. I purchased my current vehicle from Fishers last fall and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I found the 14 BMW m235i through cars.com and dealt with Terry at Fishers imports mostly through text. at first text seemed an odd platform for buying a car but there was no pressure, pics, vids, and links are very easy as i was buying a car from 500 miles away. They were able to get a better interest rate, and financing was smooth and easy.
I took about 2 weeks to agree to the purchase and then it took about 2 weeks to do paperwork and have them ship the car.. which in fairness felt like

I was looking for a fairly unique car, a BMW 535 Wagon. I know, I know, everyone thinks wagons are ugly or weird, but trust me, this thing is awesome.
I asked around to a few dealers to see if they had one; no one did. Then, a few weeks later, Peyman called me. He said they *might* be taking one in on trade, and am I still interested? Absolutely!
I made an appointment to come see the car. Peyman and his team did a great job. The car was immaculate, the paperwork was ready, and I was in and out in an hour. Everyone is friendly, low pressure, and the cars are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Just bought my second car from FI. A couple of years ago we bought a used GLK350 for our eldest. 40k miles later she is still loving her GLK. We have only done common maintenance - brakes and schedule A and B fluids. Most recently, I bought a Porsche Cayenne. Same great buying experience. Love the car. Only great things to say about Paymen and his sales team. Looking forward to using their service department. And will definitely report back if service influences today's rating.

I'm a little conflicted with how to rate Fishers Imports. I've flipped back and forth between having a 5-star sales experience, and a 2-star service experience. Let me explain.
They have plenty of inventory on the lot, and their sales team was exceptional. No pressure to buy, but always there if you needed help. They have competitive pricing, and they were reasonable in negotiating a rate for my trade-in. The actually buying process is easily 80% quicker when I purchased my last car. They offered additional insurance plans, but didn't try to shove them down your throat like some
