I was out of town, prescription needed doc approval and to be shipped. They handled everything perfectly and efficiently! The staff are always friendly and helpful, no long lines like chain stores AND prices are the same or BETTER. We will call you to let you know when your prescription has been filled and is ready for pick-up. Many of the staff members at Vail Valley Pharmacy have received special training in compounding from the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) in Houston, Texas. We have the ability to specially formulate medications, doses, and dosage forms specifically suited to your needs and specifically prescribed for you from your Doctor.

I work in the same profession in another state. The pharmacist August was so caring to help a patient find their medicine while on vacation. This is the type of pharmacist you want in your corner. I’m glad to see that there are still pharmacists that care about their patients no matter where they travel to.

First time getting a prescription filled here. I waited 30 min after it was called in to go and get it. When i arrived i was told they were making it and to come back in a few hours. I returned the next day before heading out of town for the weekend and they still had not finished it! I was told they called me to ask if i wanted it made or not but i never received such a call and no voicemail was left if they did. I was then told i could wait an hour for them to make it but i didn't have time to wait as i was stopping on my way out of town. Now i have to go the weekend with out my medication

Truly outstanding in every way. Transfer your presciptions form the big box chain stores where it can be impersonal. This is like taking a time travel back in time. Kent and Courtney are amazing and a beautiful gift of a resource to us in the Valley. They wil talk with you, explain anything you have a question about and it is so apparent they really care about you and get to know you as their neighbor.

I looked around for a pharmacy that had a homey feel and found Vail Valley Pharmacy. It's a nice change as the pharmacy inside most large chain stores is stuck in a corner and staffed with people who seem simply like clerks.
At the Vail Valley Pharmacy this afternoon, I'd asked a few questions and was pleased the pharmacist remembered my prescription, my insurance and me myself.
I'd had issues with my insurance once before. I was heartened at that time that the pharmacist complimented my physician which confirms my team is cream of the crop. The solution was one only a consummate

Stopped in here for some last minute gifts. Place was cute, and had a very limited selection of souvenirs.
The lady working there was not super friendly, we asked for help in finding some vail/ beaver creek items. She didn't offer anything---we found what we needed in a gift shop and n that very strip center!

I am really lucky to have Vail Valley Pharmacy right up the road from where I live. The first time I walked in there, I was honestly shocked to find so many amazing products including toys, skin care, anti-aging, wine, supplements, reading glasses, jewelry, gloves & hats, and of course, a full pharmacy. My six year old LOVES going in there with me too. The place is immaculate and the pharmacists and other employees are so helpful - they all make me feel right at home. Everyone in the Valley should check them out!

Vail Valley simply has the best service I have ever received in a pharmacy. I had just moved to Edwards the day prior and needed to transfer Rx's from 2 pharmacies and I needed one right away. Without delay, they contacted both pharmacies and had my Rx's transferred and called me when my urgent Rx was ready. I truly felt like Kent cared about my health needs and I was delighted to meet him and his wife Cortney who is equally as wonderful. It's not often that I meet people who care and put forth so much time to get to know their customers; they have taken the Corporate out of getting

I just wanted to write a quick note and express my gratitude for the wonderful customer service exhibited by your pharmacists. While vacationing in Vail, we had a prescription for my daughter called in from Kansas City. It was a bit complicated, and your staff kept us informed all day of the progress, including notifying us when the script was ready and working through any insurance hurdles. To me, this is exemplary customer service and I think it's important to let the public know about this.
