New Dimensions offers in-home private duty nursing (also called home care nursing), physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, home health aide and PCA services, homemaking (light housekeeping), foot care, respite care and social work.

I enjoyed working here for 5 + years. The care provided is good and the clientele varied and interesting. I was able to learn different aspects of home care such as private duty nursing and multiple payor sources. The coworkers truly become family. This job probably has had the best morale of any company I have experienced. The only negative is the pay is low, but all the positives make up for it. Had I not relocated, I would venture to say I would still be working here.

Came to my place once for a hour, and it was all paper work... calls cps on me because I guess I don't change my daughters trach, and I don't know how to care for her.. soooooo, 1 hour at my house and you know what I do with my daughter ??? How do you know I don't change her trach (which I do weekely) how do you know I don't know how to care for my kids I've only been doing it for 9 years and one of the claims was I'm not able to do everything myself and I'm over working myself, hello, I'm trying my hardest to get nursing thats why I called this company ...

I have been with this company for almost five years and feel it has been the best move I could have made in my "work life". The atmosphere is clearly professional with a genuine family feel. You know you are appreciated and cared about. The well being of staff and clients is what this company is about. We have a well orchestrated staff of nurses, "office staff" and caregivers, working together for the best outcome of our clients. The company is locally owned with the owners always available. We work hard and enjoy our jobs and are OFTEN rewarded with pot lucks, employee appreciation get togethers

I have had no issues with N.D. Their office staff is friendly and have a handle on their clients and crew and all of the bureaucracy being a State/Fed reimbursed business. Previous providers didn't know which office you should call for whom, who was where or doing what. I have been very pleased with New Dimensions.

They are courteous and very professional. They really made me feel as tho they cared at the start, but as time went on their services dissipated. Because of their inability to fill needed aid positions I no longer have an aid. Due directly to that I have been shaking for more than a week, a bath takes me 3 hours, and now arthritis is developing because of the shaking the aids used to work on. I am also NOW out of two prescriptions, and when my nurse comes every 2 weeks, She is in her car before I can get to the door.
