Did a great job cleaning our basement carpet and steps. With all the rain the drying took a bit longer so they brought fans out. Very responsive. The men were. professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job! I have 2 long haired dogs who once in a while have an accident. The carpets are free of stains and smell so fresh! I was pleased to receive an estimate digitally and a reminder by email yesterday. Today I had a text letting me know they were on their way. I’ve used Pro-Clean for the past 8-9 years and their work is always superior! I highly recommend this service!
