Good real estate inspection requires Honesty and Perspective to gain a clear picture of the condition of the building for the Clients. We can help you close real estate deals faster and better, serving as a single point of contact from inspection, through design, obtaining permits and construction, to substantial completion of the project.
Inspection Services are provided according to the Terms and Conditions described in the Inspection Agreement published in the FAQ Section. Building inspections are very thorough and usually last between 2 to 3 hours, but can take longer for larger, older, or unique buildings.
The inspection covers the major components of the building including the foundation and structure, roof, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, interior and exterior, and more.We provide Professional Thermal Imaging as a standard for all residential and commercial building inspections. You are welcome to attend the inspection.
