This is the second time I have dealt with Atlantic Garage Doors in several years. The first time they came out to fix a broken spring. The tech was polite, quick, and really went above and beyond (he even took the time to clean the garage door button which had yellowed over time). They go over all of the moving parts with grease/WD40.
This most recent time was replacing a broken strut (because I stupidly backed into it, lol). Two were bent and he could have sold me two new ones but he explained that I only needed one because the other wasn't really that bad. So in this way they saved me money
