I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to. The manager Larysa is very vindictive. She allows some residents to pay months late, if she likes you, others she files eviction because of her own personal feelings after being 1 day late. I have contacted a fair housing attorney on her and the property due to her discrimination.

I never got my deposit back from Leah.. I left it the way I moved out.. she ignores calls frequently and never fixes the small things around the aprt.. my oven didn’t work,missing smoke detector wires hanging down, and wall hoes . They never bother to fix it. Bad management and maintenance.

They decent apptment, they should add cable and wifi for the price though and that would make them competitive with others in area. as it stands there are better deals out there

Lived here for 8 months. Good people.
We worked at the hospital and were able to walk to work. All the major stores in Sidney are within a 2-3 minute drive. Prices are very high because of the oil rush in the area. But the units are nice. You also get a garage with your rent.

Do not understand why this is on a web site when there is a lien and mechanical lien on this apartment building due to the general contractor taking the crews money and leaving town.
