I’ve been here 2 years and Trent is amazing. Things are taken care of promptly or in the time he says it’s going to be done. He’s very good at what he does coming from being maintenance to the manager. He’s very easily to get along with and listens to concerns. His work and efforts for the property and tenants are very much appreciated.

Hi I have been here over 4 years. I will honestly say that Trent is not only the hardest worker I have seen but a multi tasker. He is what makes this apartment run smooth. I have lived in North parke for six years now and have seen many managers come and go, and I feel like the apartments were going down hill but I have noticed a big improvement since Jeanette had become manager and I truly believe she is trying her hardest to make north parke great again. Anytime I have ever come in contact with Jeanette she has always been super friendly and I enjoy our little talks. I'd be very sad to see her go so I hope she sticks around for a while
