Horrible customer service, its basically non existent. If you are looking for a sticker shop or sign shop, this is definitely not the place. 100% payment upfront, and if you don't like the work, no modifications will be done and are screwed out of your money.....becareful when giving them any Business.

Quality of work was fine. I was initially very impressed but became more disappointed as the process went along. When I was asking for quotes the owner personally came and made recommendations and was very responsive. Once he received my 50% down payment, their "10 days" turnaround became more than 3 weeks. In fact, the sign was only installed when I asked for a quote for another job. When I went to make final payment the employee was VERY rude. I asked for a receipt to which she had attitude. They gave me a "deal" but there isn't a business owner who will hand over cash

This review is based on communication. I emailed many printing companies within a certain distance of my office in Anaheim. Many wrote back but we were unhappy of the price until we found GraphicSigns. It took me 2 days to realize I didn't have to correct vector for them to make stickers for us, so I waited a 2-3 weeks for my boss to send me the correct vector. I emailed Fernando back after some time and he still remembered which size/color i requested, and he Outlined my image perfectly. I believe they'll be ready for pickup by tomorrow. I'll Update when we have received them, but

Couldn't be happier with this place. Yvonne helped me with the custom full color die cut vinyl wall decal and it turned out amazing. I haven't put it on the walk yet but everything looks great. The colors were perfect. The price was great and most importantly great customer service. All the staffs were really nice. I highly recommend this place. Very professional and on top of their work.

I used Graphisigns to create and install decals for our company truck. Nestor did a great job from the beginning of the project laying out the proof, and making small adjustments that we requested. Pricing was reasonable, they communicated well and the finished product is great. What more could you ask for?

I've used this sign company for three of my business locations. They always do a great job and the turnaround time is fast. The quality of the work is excellent. I first learned about them from a neighbor who ordered her window graphics. My businesses are in Laguna Beach, and the distance has never been a problem. They even helped us create our logo and a custom wood sign. I will continue to use their services.

I've going to Graphisigns for about a year now. We're a photo booth business and often need adhesive vinyl graphics printed as a wrap around the booth, as well as background prints. Every time I place an order with them, they have a very quick turn around and often have it ready in 1-2 business days, which is fantastic. I have never been disappointed with the quality either, and they give great instructions for installation. Fernando is so easy to work with and good at replying back to emails. I think I'll be going back to them for a long time.

I am an Employee of State Farm Insurance and we use Graphisigns for all of our Graphics. We are currently in the process of Changing all of our signage and we wouldn't even think about using anyone else. They are quick! Turn around time is always fast! They are efficient and there product and materials are ALWAYS great quality! There prices for the amount of work that we needed done, blew us away. I definitely recomment them! You wont be disappointed! :)
