Needed my passenger side rearview mirror replaced after somebody's ignorant kids knocked it off my car. I thought he was overpriced, but he was able to get the mirror the next day and paint it to match my car exactly, so I got it. This place towed my 2009 Acura after an accident. The guys here spoke to the insurance company for me, got me a rental car, and repaired my car.

That place it very worst Auto body shop ever never in I knew in my life.I dropped my car more than 2 weeks ago. The owner told me my car will be ready after 2 weeks. Generally speaking on Friday to pick my car,Friday passed thy never call me to tell me my car isn't ready .I have been waiting on Monday the still never called me. Then Monday afternoon when called the receptionist so rude with me,she did has any customer skills omg she very bad.Th ey don't have any respect for customers.

I have been coming here for years. Lou is great and they do great work. He is responsive and doesn't play games like the other places. Had my insurance do an estimate and he found tons of damage that they had missed. They tried to find reasons not to pay but Lou was able to demonstrate to their rep how the damage was from the accident. Highly recommend!

Chase Collisonis a shop you can trust. I have my other cars in my household repaired including an auto collison. Just by speaking with the adjuster he said to me that Chase Collison shop is honest and not from others he came across..
I recently had Chase Collison work on my Chevy Cruze. The bumper was completed like it came out of a factory box. Look like it was a brand new bumper! Thank you again Chase Collison!

After my car was hit I took it to Chase and Lou made sure that I was treated like family. He kept me in the loop about everything going on and what the timeline was looking like for getting my car back. The quality and professionalism of Chase are unmatched and I would recommend anyone in need of body work to stop by and let them handle it. My car was side swiped when parked on the street. I came here for body work and it looks like new! The paint is blended beautifully and you would never know that it has been fixed and repainted. A few years ago I had my bumper fixed here after being rear ended. Chase Collision dealt with the other guy's insurance and replaced the bumper. I travel from Brooklyn to get my car repaired here. Definitely worth the trip.

DO NOT Trust their towing department. My girlfriend was involved in a bad accident and the hempstead police had recommended to have Chase Collision tow the vehicle to their lot. This was 3 days before Christmas and this was her first ever accident. Now to fast forward when it came time to pick up the belongings, the vehicle was ransacked, scrimmage thru and most of her items were stolen from the vehicle including a religious item? Don't know why
On the first attempt to confront the business, we spoke with Lou and he came off as a nice and responsive individual who stated he would contact us back

I dont know why anyone would write anything negative about Chase Collision especially Louis. I have used them at least 6 times in that last few years for mechanical as well as auto-body. You could not find a more honest and stand up person out there. Whether there is insurance work or direct payment he is exceptional.

As I mentioned before, he is lucky his dad gave him a job at his auto shop.
I brought my car three to four times to his shop for overheating. Each time I received email and text notification that the car was fixed. When I drove it back into Brooklyn the car overheated and I had to get it towed back to his shop...twice!
After Louis held my car outside on the street without me knowing, the car was struck by another vehicle. Instead of doing the right thing he babied about the work and totally screwed the car up worst than it was. It came back completely
