After graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration, I worked for a major roofing manufacturer. For ten years I worked with roofing contractors advising their projects, and promoting roofing products. Through that experience I learned that most problems arose through the lack of attention to detail, poor workmanship and improper roofing installation.
I went on to start Gregor Roofing Company in 1998. I saw the need to bring a higher level of professionalism to the residential roofing industry. Gregor is only one of three roofing companies in the Pittsburgh area to be GAF Master Elite Certified. I received several other estimates and Rick Gregor was the only one to actually climb on the roof during the inspection. I talked to 3 companies about this project. Rick was by far the most thorough in terms of understanding exactly what we needed, explaining the process and recommending solutions and approaches that other contractors didn't.

We are happy with the roof and gutter service provided by Gregor Roofing. The new GAF shingles and Velux skylights look great. They also caulked the gutters and replaced damaged hangers. They did a thorough clean up afterwards and even used a magnet to make sure no nails were left in the grass. Rick and his crews were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would use them again.

Gregor Roofing was a pleasure to work with. I felt comfortable from the initial consultation when Rick's experience showed through his ability to immediately assess the concerns and appropriate ways to complete my new roof installation. I walked through some additional concerns including gutters and downspouts, and he explained a solution for those as well. I had anticipated the work to start 6 weeks after the initial consultation, but was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get me scheduled in only 3 weeks. As luck would have it, it was on a day that I would be out of town, but Rick alleviated

We just had our roof replaced and i highly recommend Gregor Roofing. We were going to be away for 4 days and we trusted them to do the job while we were gone. We told them the day we were leaving and they promised to begin that day and they did. They showed up before we left with an 8 man crew for our big roof. You hear about the tough labor market right now for hard work like this and yet they were all courteous, friendly and professional. The job supervisor went out of his way to make sure we would contact him with any concerns. They promised to finish the job in 2 days and they did despite the

Gregor Roofing is an excellent company. Highly trained installers. And they stand behind their warranty. I had the roof replaced in 2013 by Gregor with an attic fan and gutters and downspouts. The roof, gutters & downspouts still look like new. The fan works hard during the Summer and I heard it making noise lately. I called Gregor to get a replacement and was surprised when I only had to pay $150 for the fan and $30 for shingles. That’s what I’m talking about!

The roofing crew from Gregor Roofing was very professional. They showed up when scheduled, on time, and worked diligently throughout our roof replacement.. They organized & covered their supplies and cleaned up each day. They were all friendly, courteous, and respectful of us and our property. The crew did an excellent job and took pride in their workmanship. Overall, we are very pleased with our roof replacement and are happy to recommend them to our family and friends.
