I am a wife, a mother, a thinker, and doer. I am an outdoor girl at heart and mountains, oceans, trails and parks all call to me regardless of the weather. I suppose that's why I why I prefer shooting in natural light. I feel comfortable outside - studying the light, the shadows. I also love the light that spills into our homes, illuminating our rooms with light and shadows.

I want to tell the story of your wedding day in all of it's honest beauty. While we will certainly do some traditional posing for couple and group photos, my favorite part of photographing a wedding is capturing the moments as they happen, using light and perspective as artistically as possible, to tell the story of your day through honest, emotive and timeless imagery.
Jen was wonderful to work with and truly understood my vision for our wedding. She beautifully captured moments both big and small and she truly and artfully captured the love we share. Jen is an incredible educator and photographer. As a fellow photographer, I have been so lucky to learn from her in the past year. She's completely transformed my business and has given me so much more confidence in my work; any photographers who want to grow need to make a class or workshop with her a top priority. I only wish I lived on the East coast so she could be my family photographer as well!

My husband and I were blown away by how many beautiful photos Jen captured of our family. Our 3 boys 7 & under are WILD so we really didn't expect much, but now we have so many incredible images that I joked that we need to add onto the house so we have more walls for all these photos ;) Not only did we get amazing images, but Jen was so kind and the session was relaxed and fun. I highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a family photographer.
