If time/budget is your main priority, then pre-packing small, loose miscellaneous items by yourself is recommended to minimize your moving costs for a local moving (time and packing materials). However, if convenience is your main priority, then the crew will be happy to provide a full packing service, and your truck will be stocked accordingly with all required packing materials.

Trek to the rescue!! On moving day I found myself in a terrible spot. I had used an app called Dolly the driver was an hour late and then decided 1/4 of the way through packing my boxes he didn't want to do the move because it was too much stuff. He canceled my move and all of my boxes and furniture were sitting in the hallway. I was completely screwed and I was in need of help IMMEDIATELY. I found Trek on yelp and I really liked their friendly look. I called and got a live person right away. This matters when you are having an emergency. So this is the 2nd time and 2nd full day using Trek - I must say they are amazing! Arthur, Remy and Ilia are the DREAM TEAM! They work sop hard are so nice and accommodating. They go out of there way to make sure I am happy and I must say I will only use them in the future! 100000%!!! THE BEST!! A++++ ... If you are looking to move you MUST hire these 3 guys!!! We used this wonderful company to move from Downtown to Beverly Hills. Our movers Pavel and Remi were very professional and fast, they showed up on time and took great care with each item. We have moved many times and these are by far the best movers we have used. From the moment we reserved our day they had wonderful communication and confirmed everything. No surprises or hidden charges like with other movers. Moving is never fun, but Trek movers made it so much easier and better. Don't hesitate to call these guys, they are EXCELLENT!!!

We hired Trek Movers to move 3 big pieces of furniture across town, 2 of which would need to be disassembled. We hired 2 men for the job. They showed up on time, took a look at the apartment, and got to work. The foreman, Arthur, was very helpful and communicative. His partner was new at the job and a bit slower as a result, but there's only so much Arthur can do about another grown man. Ultimately the furniture was taken apart and loaded in the truck relatively quickly. My mother met the movers on the other side of town and said they did a good job unloading and getting the furniture through

My fiancé and I hired Trek Movers to help us move into our new apartment. Mehdi and Konstantine were so friendly and extremely helpful. They showed up on time and instantly started setting a game plan and planning out the most efficient way to get everything moved. I was very impressed with how quickly they got everything wrapped up and loaded into the truck. They literally wrapped every piece of furniture. They also took apart furniture so it could be easily moved.
Once they arrived on site, they unloaded and helped us arrange the furniture to our liking. And put all the furniture back together

I spent hours searching for the best movers in LA. I was moving from a condo to a house in the hills and have a lot of valuable things I wanted moved carefully. I settled on Trek after reading extensive reviews. They showed up slightly late in their 8-9 window, which didn't bother me to be honest. Throughout the move I would explain what goes in which box, as well as all the areas of my condo. They were actually quite good at physically moving, I think my Forman's name was Alex.

We had a great experience using Trek Movers to move household items from a storage unit Arthur and his crew (Zhenya and Dima) were very careful with our belongings. - Finished in TWO HOURS. How? Great question... dont know haha. They had estimated 4-6 hours by seeing our stuff, but my boyfriend and I helped them carry and still had to drive 40 min. We just made it happen!
Two minor things I would change for next time and they are my fault:
01. They had asked if we had stairs, which we are on the first floor
