As principal and architect for Sector 3, Mark leads our team and clients with a research-based, collaborative design process, focused on creating engaging built experiences and spaces. He has completed a wide range of project types including corporate, higher education, institutional, cultural, retail, commercial buildings, and work for non-profit organizations.
Sector 3 recently completed designs for a $3.5M hotel renovation in Rocky Mount, NC. Set for construction in early 2019, this historic structure is positioned as a mid-century modern themed motor lodge resort. The interior design concept -- Fresh Atomic -- blends retro styled furniture and finishes with a contemporary minimalist aesthetic.
