Dealing with this place was a whole nightmare. Not one employee there knows what is going on. I hated every minutes of dealing with them so much so that I wanted to call a whole different company to tow my truck away from there. Un-professional, un-organized and RUDE. Avoid this place like the plague.

First off lady at the front desk is very rude we talked to the owner of the place about getting stuff out of the car when we went up their everything was good he was making a copy of the license and had to call her over their for assistants and she tells us we can’t get the stuff out with our proof of ownership my husband then tells her he had the paper they mailed and his ID matching the address she said we needed the title it wasn’t till I jumped in and had to tell her that obviously he was on the title or they would’ve sent him the certified letter and that if she looked on his ID and

When you’re working in the customer service department, professionalism and customer service skills go a long way. This is by far the rudest and most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to work with. Today I missed an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and when I called to reschedule the appointment the lady with the missing tooth was the rudest ever! All I was trying to do was see what time I could come to the yard to pick up my sons items and she went completely off! She told me she was picking up lunch and would get there when she gets there! What kind of company reply’s like
