My daughter is patient here at the Roanoke Rapids location. They are inconsiderate and ignorant. Everytime she has appointments they never know what's going on. One person says she will need a specific work done then they change it then they don't have clue what going on. She was supposed get a tooth fixed, never fixed it. Now she in pain. I told them emergency she in pain they refuse see her. Tell me she can come sit and wait all day to see if someone cancels their appointment. I would never reccomend them to anyone. They told me they fixed all of her cavities with fillings. We went to another

Don’t expect follow up care after a procedure here. The extraction I had became infected after a week. Could not get a appointment for a week nor any antibiotics for the infection. I was forced to see someone else. Plus I was billed for a filling that was not done! Take care of your teeth and go to another dentist.

The absolute best in town in my opinion. The staff is always friendly. The offices are clean and I was very comfortable, considering the work I needed done there. I take my children here worry-free!
I recall about a year ago I witnessed a patient get a little testy with the ladies at the front desk. They really handled the situation well, but I wouldn't expect anything less!

Everyone in this office is friendly, accommodating and professional. I have had extensive work done here and have had not one single problem. Everything was done thoroughly and on time.
