I founded Shannon Rose Events-a full-service wedding planning and design company located in Dallas-Fort Worth that works with couples throughout Texas-almost a decade ago. My approach as a planner and designer is to work closely with my couples to give them the utmost attention and focus on all the details big and small.

Shannon was so great to work with, from the beginning she understood what was important to us and somehow made it all work and under budget! Despite the Covid 19 pandemic and both of us living outside of Texas, we never felt like we missed a beat during the planning process. Not only was our wedding was perfectly us, it was executed flawlessly all thanks to Shannon! One of the best decisions during this process was working with and trusting Shannon!

It’s hard to describe how truly wonderful Shannon was in planning our wedding with Google review’s limited characters, but I’ll try. An event planner in Napa Valley recommended Shannon when we decided we wanted to get married in Texas, and upon the first FaceTime, we knew she was the one! Shannon Rose Events is professional, innovative, and created the wedding of my dreams! She sent us thoughtful questionnaires to properly gauge our desires for our wedding day and then walked us through the entire process. Shannon did an incredible job making sure everyone at the table was heard - she communicated professionally and quickly with everyone involved in the planning process. She is incredibly detail oriented and made us the must beautiful checklist to ensure we were staying on track. Shannon is absolutely amazing! There are not enough positive adjectives in the world to describe how good she is at her job. I never would have dreamed that my wedding would be as beautiful as it was. Her attention to detail is impeccable and it was incredible seeing how it all came together the day of my wedding. Right after I got engaged, one of the first vendors I called was Shannon. She was my sisters month-of planner and I remember how amazing she was and knew I wanted her to be apart of my special day. I did her month-of planning service. However, she does so much more than just a month-of. She helped with vendor recommendations, advice, and when some crisis's arose, she jumped right in to help. Look no further for a planner--Shannon is absolutely incredible!! She made the entire planning process so easy and seamless. She sends you a monthly To-Do list to keep you on task and make sure everything is done months prior to your wedding.

Where do I even begin... Shannon was recommended to us by our venue, which I think is the first telling portion of this review. If a venue says "this is the best wedding planner to work with" then you should use that wedding planner. We took the advice of the 4 Eleven and hired Shannon, and it was the best decision of our wedding. My husband and I live in New York, my family lives in Fort Worth, and with our hectic schedules we couldn't get back and forth as much as we would have liked. Shannon was a godsend. There are seriously not enough positive things I can say about Shannon Rose Events! Shannon made the entire process so fun and took away all my stress. I got married in Tyler, TX (where my husband grew up and I didn't know any vendors), planned the wedding while living in Galveston/Houston and in graduate school, and Shannon was in Ft Worth.
