I was a patient at this practice I found them thru my daughter and when I became a patient I told them how I straddled with a previous dentist they were compassion and made me very comfortable I went in for a filling after working an overnight shift and was as patient as I could be let's say my.appt was at.9:15am that time rolls bye still MD ask staff and they say hes not here yet but should be shortly.1 hour later no MD so I get up and say call me to reschedule when he can be on time no call I called a week before xmas to talk to office manager no call what a horrible way to do business end of

This dental office I’m new at I’ve gone from another local dentist who insisted on pulling my tooth, then for a second opinion at tuffs they wanted to just agree with the first dentist I shouldn’t had told tuffs what the first dentist wanted to do, so I gave this last try at Methuen family dental and the first honest doctor SAVED my tooth. I’m so grateful.

Went in for a cleaning and Dr. Patel plus the dental assistant Pooja were both very respectful and organized. Had a good experience and will be coming back

Dr. Patel was an amazing dentist an provided great information and service. Pooja the assistant was also very helpful and helped me understand what was going on. Very good dental clinic, highly recommend!

I had a very good visit at Methuen Dental today! Dr. Keerthy and dental assistant Iris were very patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and get me back on track. All office people are very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dental practice if you are looking for a new dentist!

Simply put, Dr. Patel & the staff at Methuen Family Dental are extraordinary!
All of the staff are very friendly & helpful, & Dr. Patel is excellent. He made sure numerous throughout my procedures, that I was okay to continue the work, & he never got rough like so many other dentists/oral surgeons do.
After getting my teeth fixed, I have a "new lease on life", & I feel so much better, & I absolutely credit that to Dr. Patel & his staff!
They are great with my young son also!
We will hopefully be going to Methuen Family Dental for years to come!.. & I would highly recommend to anyone!

Very Friendly, and knowledgeable. My 6 months check-up was pain free. All of my questions were answered by team members. Iris was amazing too, walking me through the visit, x-rays and polish. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you for helping me keep my smile healthy!

Started my appointment within a few minutes of the scheduled time. The staff was wonderful. Was in for just a cleaning but Dr Patel always does at least a quick check up. He is very friendly and is willing to spend time with you if needed.
