We will help recommend beer and wine quantities, but our clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol and mixers.

Sometimes you don't need our wait staff to help with your event. So we created our drop off services. Choose 2 Entrees, 2 Sides, 1 Salad and 1 Dessert and we'll drop it off with tea and paper products. Perfect for that working lunch, corporate meeting or lunch and learn. All orders will include dinner rolls, paper and plastic products as well as tea and water.

Steve and Diamond Catering just catered our wedding this weekend and the knocked it out of the park! The food was amazing, the staff that worked was so responsive and kind to our guests, and they even made sure my fiancé and I ate! How kind is that?!?!?! Seriously, you will not be disappointed. If I could give higher than 5stars I would.

Diamond Catering is the best! I had them cater for our small wedding in June and they went out of their way to accommodate me. I made a change and the cost was minimal. I had the drop off menu since we only had about 30 people and I assumed they would drop the food and go. But no, Steve, himself, stayed and helped my sisters-in-law set the food up for after the wedding. I was not expecting that at all. The food was very good (the Strawberry-Walnut salad is to die for!) and we had plenty with food left over. I highly recommend Diamond Catering. They are easy to work with, very accommodating and
