Stevie was very professional, flexible, and our carpet looks amazing. We appreciated his willingness to explain his services and to meet our timeline as we are expecting soon. IES cleaned our carpets this past weekend and did a phenomenal job! IES was able to remove pet stains, pet hair and nail polish from our carpets, something a previous carpet cleaning company was unable to do. Their prices are great and well worth the service we received. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service! Communicated well before hand to help understand expectations with cleaning older sofa & loveseat. Arrived on time, and were very professional and thorough in cleaning process as well as not disturbing other furniture in the house. As a real estate agent, I refer all sorts of contractors. But I only continue to refer to those who do the best work. This is a carpet cleaning firm that cleans other things like ceramic flooring , oriental rugs, etc. Although the owner Dan Watt will be humble and say he may not be able to get a stain out of a carpet, I have never had the experience of him not being able to do it! A lot of carpet cleaners will do the job and two days later the stain will reappear. Or the carpet will be soaking wet when they are finished. Not here! We were referred to Dan by Gail Nyman of ReMax United Real Estate in Dunkirk, MD when we had some blood stains on our beige carpet. First we tried some home remedies (bad idea - actually helps set the stain, as we later learned) and then Dan came to our rescue. The neat part about dealing with Dan is that he will tell you right up front if he thinks he can't get the stain out. I like that honest, forthright approach. The reality is, however, that he CAN get out most stains. Great service, great guy.
