I entered Carteret Health Care ER via ambulance, was seen immediately and admitted to the hospital just a few hours later. I had severe Covid symptoms and had tested positive, at home. Was suffering from pneumonia, uti, anemia, etc. The care I received during my stay was phenomenal. From doctors, NP's, nurses, CNA's, housekeeping, Nutritionist who worked together as a team was outstanding! I can say unequivocally during my 12 day stay that I do not have a single complaint . The total experience was excellent! Thank you CHC, you passed my grading. :-)

I recently had a biopsy done. The staff in radiology was amazing. I had a nurse named Chuck, I have to say he is the best nurse I have ever had. His bed side manner was amazing, very attentive, he made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I just want to say thank you for making my experience a good one!

What a wonderful experience my little family had at this hospital at the birthing center. The doctors and nurses are all absolutely AMAZING and treat you with such great patient care it was hard to leave because they all felt like family. I live an hour and a half away from Morehead City but would absolutely do it all over again with our next baby. Highly recommend having your baby here, you won’t regret it!

Radiology center for this hospital are very good. The mammographer and radiologist are excellent. The reception staff are pleasant as is the speciality nurse. 5/5
I’ve been a patient on the floor of the hospital only once. The nursing staff in preop were not organized and lacking in practice of good and clean/sterile procedures and skills of the nurse I had was concerning . The nursing staff on the floor were satisfactory overall and the hospital was clean. My husband did get trapped alone in the elevator while visiting me on the floor and required rescue. Overall- It was 3/5 for care prior

My visit was very well done. My colonoscopy was done by Dr. Marson. Each person I encountered was wonderful. I would like to mention nurses Debra & Cindy. Also the anesthesia team and OR team. They listened & helped out with nausea and reflux. Although I cannot remember names the ladies in the surgical room were the best.

I had to go to the emergency department last night for a medical issue. This was my second visit to the emergency department. This is the best emergency department that I have ever visited, and I have been in plenty. The staff are without exception just amazing in their professionalism and compassion. I noted the numerous hoops they are currently having to jump through due to Covid and yet they still keep their patients at the forefront.
The wait time was not long at all and I was triaged in a very timely manner. Fortunately my condition was not serious and I was treated as quickly as possible

I haven't been able to eat anything solid in a little over a week. I called my doc on Thursday. Friday, they told me to go to the ER. I did so and sat there for HOURS after I was triaged at level 3. Basically, everyone went before me. I left after sitting there for several hours. I contacted my doc on Saturday, and told them this and they told me to go back to the ER. I'm not sure what to do. The ER has my medical history AT THE HOSPITAL. They know that I have a history of abscesses in my abdomen after a questionably successful appendectomy. And a surgery where they completely cut my abdomen open

Today I had a brain MRI and a Ultra Sound of my abdomen. From the moment my wife and I walked into the hospital we were greeted by polite and professional staff. The check in process was quick and easy and the lady and gentleman that checked me in were kind and caring in every aspect. Once in Radiology, again the check in process was smooth and friendly. Shortly after check in, Katie the Radiologist Tech came, politely introduced herself and led me to the room to prepare for my MRI. After a series of questions she asked me to put on a hospital robe. After a couple minutes she came and escorted

Went in with my 9yo son at 4 this morning. Registration and triage were a breeze. A doctor came down and treated him and prescribed meds within an hour of us being there without even needing a room. The whole process only took just over an hour from walking in to walking out. Dr. Roberson was amazingly efficient and helpful. Great bedside manner! The triage nurse was nice and the check-in gentleman gave my son a warm blanket as he was cold in the waiting room. Really great experience with this hospital!
