The agency was run out of his home until 1989. Upon Gayle's passing in 1986, his daughter, Melody Crow Cummings, took over the agency. Currently the business resides at 308 N Main St., Elk City, OK. In 2017, Melody decided to semi-retire and sold the business to her niece, Cori Crow Lowry, who is now the 3rd generation owner of Crow Insurance Agency.

Cori is an agent and the current owner of Crow Insurance Agency. Cori came aboard in 2012 as an agent and bought the agency from her aunt in 2017. She is the third-generation owner of the agency. Cori has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and spent 4 years in the business and accounting field before coming to work at Crow Insurance.
