He received his Bachelor's degree from Saint Mary's College of Maryland in Psychology and Mathematics. After graduation, Dr. Steven became a personal trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist in Washington D.C.
During this time, he began to appreciate the power of manual therapy and exercise to increase quality of life and reduce pain. Always leading an active lifestyle himself, Dr. Steven decided to further his education in order to help others. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College and returned to his home state to practice his beloved profession.

I was looking for a chiropractor in the area, and mentioned it to a friend. She referred me to Dr. Steven and said her and her family (6 adults), have all been here. Both Alex and Steven are great! They always ask and listen to my needs, and are very informative, friendly, and relatable. I came in with back and neck/shoulder pain, and always feel great when I leave!

Alex showed extreme professionalism and passion in the service providing. She helped assess my back pain from lifting weights and poor core engagement; and narrowed it down to the sacroiliac joint. She also helped me understand the structure of the SI joint and provided a corrective treatment plan of action. Weekly checkups were provided at my discretion and I never felt pressured into scheduling another appointment. Highly recommend for lower back pain!

I’m glad I switched to this practice. They are very informative. The process doesn’t feel rushed and I love that they are always checking on you to make sure you’re doing okay and that everything is good before proceeding. They are a newer practice but definitely worth the shot especially if you want a team that will be thorough.

I received treatment for migraines so it was centered around my neck and head. I was worried it would hurt when I was already feeling fragile but nothing he did caused any discomfort and it certainly helped with the overall tension. I would really recommend adding chiropractic care to migraine management plans.

Saw Dr. Steve for some chronic back pain. He provides an excellent bedside manner, conducted a detailed assessment to address my issues and I walked out of his office with notable relief.
