TUF Flooring recently installed carpet in two of my basement rooms after a different contractor damaged the existing flooring. Jeremy, the owner, worked with me through the entire process and even offered some suggestions to help me save money on the carpet! I also appreciate his patience with the whole situation as it took several months after selecting the carpet before I could schedule for it to be installed. The crew that came out was friendly, professional, and finished in a few hours. I highly recommend TUF Flooring and will be working with them for other flooring projects in my home.

These guys did a great job at a great price. The installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They got it done in one day.
There was a problem with the manufacturer which set the job back a few days. TUF floors was very busy at this time but they made room in their schedule to make up for the manufactures mistake. Now that's good customer service.
