Flying a drone for the first time that I do not own. Got it stuck about 120' or so in a tree. I went down the list of several places. No answer, said it was too late, or the lead time was weeks. No problem in those answers obviously. I cannot remember for the life of me the woman's name who answered the phone - she was incredibly professional and understanding. All the employees were getting ready to go home for the day. She ran out and grabbed them (probably had to do some convincing) and 20 minutes later Mario (operations manager) and Francisco came. Fallen Leaf did an outstanding professional job on a large mulberry tree. They were working in a tight area and lowered heavy branches with ropes and pulleys so they wouldn't damage existing plants in the area. They worked with me to provide the chipped wood from my tree for mulch on a front yard project I was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better job performed.

I have employed there tree trimming services in the past and the service was exceptional, yesterdays service, not exceptional at all. My tree looks awful, i still have low hanging limbs which I specifically addressedwith the arborist before the crew got started. The limbs were landing on my (brand new roof and gutters), the crew was walking all over the new roof. I have called and left a message voicing my concerns, but have not received a return call. Needless to say, We WILL NEVER USE FALLEN LEAF Tree Management again.

I've previously used Fallen Leaf before for routing pruning. I had them over to look at a few trees to get their advice as the drought has really taken its toll. Manfred was really professional and courteous. He fertilized our fruit trees and did a test on our liquid amber to see if it was decayed on the inside. Very reasonable prices and it was a quick, efficient visit. Thank you!
