Perfect car buying experience! Quick, stress-free, transparent deal: no any extra fees or shady pricing, all simple and well explained. Bernardo was extremely supportive and helpful during all the process. We just moved to US and had a lot of questions regarding nuances of the process. Bernardo patiently covered all this and provided with a lot of valuable information. In all honesty, out of all the dealerships I went to that were nearby, Audi wins by a landslide. Customer service is amazing here. Thanks to Lennon and the finance department, I was able to drive off the lot in my beautiful Audi Q5. They make sure they can do everything possible for you to get what you want. 100% coming back for another one in a few months. 10/10 recommend.

Some people say don't take your car to the dealership as they will stick it to you. I've never found that to be the case at Audi Atlanta. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They have never tried to oversell me, or tried to sell me something I did not need. Incredibly happy that I bought my car here, and that I get service here as well. I will never go to another place to service my car.

I called Audi atlanta simply for a question. I planned on buying from carvana / car max and was interested in Audi care. I connected with brian where he taught me CPO is the way to go and that he would do his best to work with me on budget! He was able to show me a vehicle that wasn’t even listed yet. Worked with Brian S. and couldn’t have been happier. He had the car I called about brought around for inspection so when I arrived, it was front and center. We test drove it and he ran me through all the onboard tech, and believe me, there’s no shortage of on board tech in these machines. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I initially reached out to Audi North Atlanta, but they were initially unresponsive. When I visited the Audi Atlanta website and identified a car I was interested in, I received multiple emails from the Internet Sales Manager, Davian Quinn. Kay has helped me in the service department every time I have brought my car in for service. This last time she went the extra mile! Unexpected issues came up and she was able to find everything covered under my extended warranty. The part took longer to come in so she had a beautiful A6 brought to me at work as a loaner until my car was fixed. If I didn't love my convertible I might have been sold on an A6!

Hip hip hooray for Audi Atlanta!!! Buying your car here is a no-brainer and the only way to go. That's my verdict after extensively researching cars and dealerships and ultimately using Audi Atlanta to purchase my car. The experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic!

I actually had a bad experience here when I tried to purchase a vehicle in 2013, that I had been going to the dealership in Alpharetta for service, where I had purchased my S4. But the distance has been a challenge, especially if something major was wrong with my vehicle.
About 6 months ago, my trunk door kept getting jammed that I couldn't open it and when I did get it opened, it wasn't closing. I brought it to this location and they had replaced the part for me for free. Ever since then, I've had a change of heart about
