He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana with 10 years of civil and structural engineering experience. Mr. Keigley received his education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in May of 2011.
Heather Gardner is a Civil Engineer at CLC Engineering, LLC. While in school, Ms. Gardner was an active member in the student chapter of ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) and as a student member of the ACI (American Concrete Institute).
