The guys from High Mark installed HVAC in my shop and installed a new AC system in my home. Their work was performed on time and in a professional manner. I understand they are very busy right now but try to return calls in a timely manner. I have always found them to be professional, truthful, and honest. They also have the integrity to not perform work they can't guarantee. We had a discussion about that.

I am very pleased with High Mark! Our furnace has been finicky, and High Mark helped us narrow down the issue. The two technicians that have been here have both been very friendly and professional, and very helpful! They gave us their honest thoughts on what they thought the issue was. They explained things very clearly to me (which is very helpful considering I know nothing about HVAC systems!) They are honest with their pricing. The lovely lady who answers the phone is just the sweetest! They are definitely our go-to!

After having another company come and quote us $700 to replace a small part we found for $70 online. We called High Mark for a second opinion, couldn’t be any more happy with our decision! They came in figured out what actually was wrong with our forced air heat and charged us a fraction of what we would have paid to the other company. They even randomly had an opening, called us and got it done before our actual scheduled day. It would have been miserable to go through the cold weekend nights with no heat, will definitely call them again if anything else goes wrong!

I would highly recommend this company. The gentleman who came out to do our service on our central heat and freestanding gas stove was so courteous and thorough. We are new to the area and I had never had a gas furnace, humidifier, or freestanding stove and he took the time to explain all about them to us. The office staff is friendly and helpful. We could not have had a nicer experience. Great company!
