The technician did a great job explaining the mechanics behind the aerobic digester in terms of water & air so that raw sewage doesn’t stagnate. Also explained why the sprinkler head broke and why he replaced the sprinkler assembly with a sprinkler head designed for handling sewer water. Tech did excellent work. It is much appreciated.

We have used Underwood Septic for our septic maintenance since we purchased our home 2 years ago. In May 2021, Underwood installed a new aerobic septic system as our previous one was not installed properly and had many issues. The Underwood sales team constantly bragged about how their installation team was the best in the business and how I wouldn't want anyone else to install. Based on the reviews I have read, I would tend to agree with that. They have always performed good service for us, and the team was always knowledgeable and nice. But the installation was a nightmare.
