Otto's is really the best! Can't say enough how wonderful both the owner Otto and his moving crew were! Otto saved me from very crooked moving company (Cross Country Movers). That company took my deposit money, then informed me that they don't have the people/truck for my move at the very last minute on Sunday evening!
I called Otto's (a local Boston moving company) and am so grateful that the owner of the company took my call on Sunday evening. Otto was so sympathetic of my situation. Although his crews were all booked for the next day, he went above and beyond for a fellow Bostonian in need and arranged a crew together for my move the next day!

Otto's is wonderful. They're really communicative, moved everything out and in quickly, made sure everything was secure and delivered without damage (including several delicate plants!), and were incredibly friendly. They made what would otherwise have been a stressful move into a really positive experience - could not recommend them highly enough!

5 stars. Interstate move and they did a phenomenal job. Otto is very responsive on the phone and helpful during booking. He is the owner and answers the phone. Our 2 movers had been working for otto’s for almost 10 years, so they were very experienced and professional. We were amazed by their speed and just how good they were at moving all of our stuff in record time. Handled our couch and bed expertly as well. Unbuilt and rebuilt the bed. Super nice guys as well - we tipped them well at the end. Highly recommend. Pricing was good too.

I highly recommend Otto's Moving & Storage to anyone in need of long-distance moving. We recently relocated from the Boston area to FL. Otto's movers Lajos and Gabor were fantastic. They were consummate professionals, and they were so courteous and friendly. They not only picked up our belongings in MA, they personally delivered them to FL as well. Their arrivals were on schedule. They handled our belongings with care. We were so happy with them and Otto's services. Moving can be very stressful, and Otto's Moving & Storage helped to ease that stress. Otto's price to move was also reasonable compared

Could possibly be the worst moving company around. First off we were charged for "1 hour of driving" from their location on Canal St in North Station to our house on Bayswater St in East Boston. A total of 2.5 miles. We were charged extra after they complained because the ramp coming off of their truck didn't align with our front door. Rather it was 10 feet off. After we booked them for 8am, they arrived at our house at 7:50 and proceeded to charge us for the hour from 7-8, again quoting the supposed 1 hour, 2.5 mile drive. Thank you for taking perfect care of my things! Everything was packed tight and wrapped safely before being moved in the beautiful clean truck! When my stuff arrived at my new place it was all perfectly placed, unwrapped, and in pristine condition the way I left it with Otto. Definitely recommend for good prices, kind/positive employees, and especially for the care that went into protecting my precious furniture.

PODS originally referred me to these guys. I used these guys 3 times in a span of just over year. Once for unloading the pod at my apartment, once for when I was moving out of said apartment (it also involved packing the stuff), and finally for unloading the storage and loading the pod. All three times involved the same two guys - Gabriel and Louise. Both were excellent. They were professional, timely, fast and methodical. Ottos moving and Storage did a FANTASTIC job handling my move. They were very quick- they didn't hesitate for a second they knew exactly what to do. they wrapped my sofa up so it would be completely protected. They were extremely careful with my delicate furniture and put blankets around everything. They tied up the cords to the lamps. They were extremely efficient, very neat, and very skilled.
