This 2015 BMW 5 Series vehicle came to us with damage to passenger side front and rear doors. Our top notch team were are to repair the rear door and replace the front door. We love this series of BMW, great performers! This 2014 Honda Accord was hit on the driver's side rear. We made repairs on the LT Side Rear Door and replaced the LT Quarter Panel, Rear Bumper Cover, LT Rear Tail lamp, and LT Rear Wheel.

I wasn’t quite sure where to go for autobody repair since I had never had it done before. I have a mechanic but he doesn’t do this. I called the dealer and the place they recommended me would have costed approximately $200 more than BC charged me. They worked with my difficult schedule and had it done hours earlier than expected. Pleasantly smooth process, outstanding professionalism. While I hope I never have to return, need be I know where I would go!

Steve and Lynn from BC Auto Body were outstanding during a very trying time for my son and I. I was unable to pay to restore my son's vehicle after an accident he had. Nor, could I park a totaled vehicle at my residence.
Steve was very patient and worked with me to find the perfect home for the car. Luckily, we were able to find another owner that had the means to restore the car. Steve never put any pressure on me and was very helpful in notifying all his contacts, business and personal, in hopes to help find someone. This is something he did not have to do. He even guided me through the Insurance

WOW! I cannot believe what an excellent experience I had with BC Auto Body. I accidentally slid my van into my garage frame, causing an enormous dent in the door. We went to 4 places in Wheaton & Glen Ellyn for estimates. We chose BC auto (even though they are not in our State Farm Insurance preferred providers-their estimate did come in under some of the preferred providers) based off of other recommendations as well as our impressions from meeting them. They were able to work with our insurance and we only had to pay our $250 deductible. They also completed the work 2 WHOLE DAYS ahead of

I'm very pleased with the outcome of the repair on my BMW. Looks brand new. Plus they cleaned my whole car inside and out, which I totally did not expect. Talk about going above and beyond. Communication was very good, and they worked well with the insurance company. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely send others there.

I asked for an estimate after my vehicle was rear ended. Once the estimator learned that someone else was paying he included replacement of the taillights and some other work that didn’t visually appear necessary, saying, “Hey, they hit you and they have (well known insurance company).” I took my business elsewhere.

I brought my car in a couple months ago, and the tech who was writing up the estimate, Larry, was very rude to me. He did not even say hello, would barely speak to me. I asked him a question about the estimate and he treated me in a condescending manner. Honestly, I expected better from people who are claiming to be Christians. Take your business to West Suburban Auto Body in Glen Ellen like I did, and you'll save a lot and get better customer service too. BC was horrible.

BC Auto Body fixed my car quickly. Besides a fantastic job on my car, the people at BC Auto Body are beyond wonderful. When I brought in my car I was making conversation and mentioned I had not yet cleaned it thoroughly after the harsh Chicago winter. When I picked up my car today I saw that not only did they fix and wash the car, they vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the service. I highly recommend BC Auto Body!

Went in December for an estimate for repairs. The gentleman took photos and stated he would contact me with the cost. He was advised that it would not go through the insurance but I would pay. Its now middle of Feb. with no follow up. I don't know the work the shop does, but the guy giving an estimate 0.
