We have been using Chris for several years. This year however we have a new guy that sprays and he doesn’t want to talk to you about the areas you are having problems . We have an ant problem so I wanted to show him the area . He sprayed side walks but not the side of the house. I called the office and told them I didn’t want gentleman back and they were rude and wouldn’t let me explain the facts. He wouldn’t let me talk after I listened to his tirade so I hung up. They do a good job first couple of times then it’s a race to see if they candidate it in 10 minutes or Less.

We have been using this company for over a year. Last year we had a gentlemen maybe in his 50s who always did a great job and was very professional. The last couple of times we have had Chris. The last time he came out he made some comments that came off rude and disrespectful. When I called and respectfully asked that we have someone else come out to our house next time he acted very immaturely and again very very rudely. As far as pricing they’re great but his customer service is terrible. Because of this we will be switching to another company and I do not recommend them or at least I
